Robert - Solution Consultant
The interesting thing at BEE is the variety of interesting projects and the mix between business and technical tasks. We are therefore also always close to the latest e-commerce trends. BEE is free of company politics - so we can be very productive. Furthermore I appreciate the honest and trusting relationships we have with our customers.
Giuseppe - Technical Consultant
Being a Technical Consultant in BEE allows me to be right in the centre of the action, exactly where the technical and relational skills merge. What I like most about my role is the possibility to combine the continuous contact with the customer, that allows me to get in touch with the most complex and various aspects of every business sector, with the opportunity to experience high-level technical challenges and design complex systems. Of BEE, I like also the atmosphere that you can find in our offices, where every colleague is always ready to share his knowledge and experience as well as the best of his comical repertory, in a very open-minded, friendly multilanguage environment in which every opinion counts and you can really feel part of a winning team.
Suraj - Senior Solution Consultant
I joined BEE in November 2014 in London as Senior Technical Consultant to help grow the UK business. Currently I am working on a very special customer of ours, who is going to launch its new online shop soon. It is great to work with a highly motivated and intelligent group of people who drives you to aim for perfection in delivering solutions to our clients. I am learning a lot from them. Also the fact that the Management team is very approachable is very refreshing to have.
Aldo - Senior Technical Consultant
I have been with BEE since the founding. I am responsible for the planning and implementation of our customers’ online shops. I am currently working with Hugo Boss and Quiksilver. I especially enjoy working with international customers, as it is a lot of fun and at the same time an exciting challenge - because of different languages, time zones and cultural differences. As Senior Technical Consultant I’m the contact person for all involved parties at the project. On the one hand, I have to be qualified at the technical level and on the other I must be able to discuss business requirements of an online shop with our clients. Fortunately BEE allows me flexibility and freedom, so I can combine family and career.
This is the first conversation, in which we want to get to know each other. It is mainly meant to clarify open questions from your CV and our job profile. We will also ask you about the possible starting date and your salary expectations. You will get a feedback from us within 48 hours after the telephone interview.
In the next step we would like to schedule a meeting in one of our offices. Here you will meet a colleague from the respective department and we would give you a lively and detailed picture of the job requirements, the daily tasks and the work environment. During this conversation we are also going to discuss your skills and expertise. You will get a feedback within 72 hours after the personal conversation.
The follow-up conversation will take place either via telephone or in person, depending on your location. It gives you and ourselves the chance to clarify any open questions that may have arisen after the personal meeting.
If both of us think that this would be a really good fit, we are going to make an appealing offer to you. You will receive a draft offer letter via e-mail and we will give you a call to go through the details.
After you have signed the contract, we will create an onboarding plan for you and assign you a mentor. During the onboarding period, you will take part in training and work relevant exercises. You will also be step by step integrated into the on-going projects in order to get you up to speed to work independently.
