BIPA´s online shop went live in June 2011 after an integration turnaround that took only 6 months. At the same time BIPA successfully implemented the targeted omni-channel-strategy. The drugstore generates the perfect fit between online and offline worlds through features such as, click & collect, BIPACard or the cross-channel live evaluation of the shopping cart. BE EXCELLENT implemented all these features.

BIPA´s customers have the opportunity to pick-up their online ordered beauty items in the store they have selected. With BIPACard, which is useable in the stores as well as in the online shop, clients receive numerous shopping advantages, such as attractive purchasing activities or shopping bonuses. Offered promotions and articles are consistently priced – be it online or offline.

BE EXCELLENT integrated a centralised authentication provider to increase usability. This allows BIPA´s customers to use several partner offers, such as cewe, with the same account.

The site offers substantial added value by featuring a real-time availability query of products that are obtainable in the stores.

All items are purchasable via the mobile-shopping channel. BE EXCELLENT adjusted the layout of the shop for mobile devices and has linked the existing business processes with the mobile-shopping application.
