A revised online presence was an important milestone for achieving Bonmarché's goal to improve the multi-channel offering with the go-live of the cloud-based online shop on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, 14th of September 2016. BE EXCELLENT took only 3.5 months for the entire implementation process.

Bonmarché's assortment contains more than 37,000 different items spread over categories such as womenswear, swimwear, lingerie, nightwear, accessories and footwear.
Multi-channel loyalty program brings benefits for customers
BE EXCELLENT also implemented the long standing loyalty program into the online solution, thus Bonmarché's "Bonus Club" customers can receive discount mailings and participate in exclusive bonus days whichever channel the customer chose to shop. This was also further supported by the launch of multi-channel gift cards to truly provide a seamless experience.

The new shop was developed in responsive design. That ensures high usability and enables shoppers to easily use the website from every device, i.e. smartphone, tablet and desktop.
