Panasonic builds up its e-shop presence
Six additional country sites have been rolled out since BE EXCELLENT was selected by Panasonic Europe to support its e-commerce operations. Also, a partial redesign and comprehensive relaunch took place. The relaunch happened in May 2014. Panasonic Europe customers can now seamlessly navigate between Panasonic ́s CMS-website and the online shop sites, searching and shopping products from their mobile devices.
New tools for a modern shop system
Payment integration has been significantly extended as part of the relaunch through the alteration of the WorldPay integration and the addition of UniCredit. PayPal is now available in almost all of the European shops. BE EXCELLENT additionally integrated SAP, a PIM module, newsletter and a tracking tool.

Single-sign-on improves shopping experience
BE EXCELLENT optimised Panasonic´s authentication systems process for the online shop, newsletter, product registration site and Lumix G community site by integrating a single-sign-on solution. Now, customers only need to register for one of the three systems to have access to the others – without re-authentication. Single-sign-on saves time and increases security.
