Panasonic builds up its e-shop presence
Six additional country sites have been rolled out since BE EXCELLENT was selected by Panasonic Europe to support its e-commerce operations. A partial redesign and comprehensive relaunch also took place. The relaunch happened in May 2014. Panasonic Europe customers can now seamlessly navigate between Panasonic ́s CMS-website and the online shop sites and search and shop for products from their mobile devices.
Payment integration has been significantly extended as part of the relaunch through the alteration of the WorldPay integration and the addition of UniCredit. PayPal is now available in almost all of the European shops. BE EXCELLENT additionally integrated: SAP, a PIM module, newsletter and a tracking tool.

BE EXCELLENT optimised Panasonic´s authentication systems process for the online shop, newsletter and product registration site & Lumix G community site by the integrating a single sign-on-solution. A customer now only needs one registration at any one of the three systems to have access to the others – without re-authentication. Single sign-on saves time and increases security.
