ElitePartner launched its new cloud-based customer service solution on November 8th, 2016 – after an implementation period of only three months. The new customer portal was built using responsive web design, so that customers are now able to use ElitePartner's portal through a range of different devices – smartphones, tablets, as well as desktops.
