Tiger of Sweden goes for Salesforce Commerce Cloud

On March 30th, 2015 Tiger of Sweden’s online shop went live successfully on the cloud-based Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. The migration from a full service provider onto the new platform allows the Swedish premium brand to manage their shop single-handedly. The number of country specific shop sites mirrors the strong international focus of Tiger of Sweden: 14 countries, 5 languages and 6 currencies.

The new shop stands out with its responsive web design and the improved SEO functionalities, whereby customer experience and brand awareness have been significantly improved.

Features for success

Furthermore, BE EXCELLENT (part of Dept) implemented their self-developed OMS module, which has been seamlessly integrated into the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Besides the integration of Tiger of Sweden’s CRM and product information management system, BE EXCELLENT implemented a plugin facilitating the return management.
