Bonmarché reports +38% sales growth driven by its online sales

BE EXCELLENT (part of Dept) is delighted that their client Bonmarché has reported an increase of +38% in sales.

Bonmarché is one of the UK's largest multi-channel retailers of womenswear, with more than 300 stores nationwide. The multi-channel retailer sells its fashionable clothing not only through brick and mortar stores, but also online.

The online strategy has been focused on a customer first approach, offering online exclusive products, which have been sourced from a more agile supply base, along with also providing an improved customer service offering. The customer first approach will continue with further initiatives being planned in the near future.

In 2016, Bonmarché replaced their existing ecommerce platform with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and have seen significant growth using the market leading cloud based technology.
BE EXCELLENT as the systems integrator partner was in charge of the entire implementation project and continue to support with ongoing development.
