ElitePartner optimises Customer Experience Management

ElitePartner is the largest and most successful online dating agency for cultivated singles in German-speaking regions. Optimising their Customer Experience Management by using a CX-solution called Oracle Service Cloud, ElitePartner ensures to continuously meet the special demands of their target group.

The agency has launched its new cloud-based customer service solution on the 8th of November 2016 after an implementation period of 3 months. The new customer portal was built with responsive web design. Customers are now able to use ElitePartners' portal through a range of different devices – smartphones, tablets as well as desktops.

BE EXCELLENT (part of Dept) as solution integrator met the demands of ElitePartner and has implemented a modern and strong individual contact area. Our experts also integrated a guided path architecture for an effective request of information to deliver the most relevant answers to customers from the knowledge base. This ensures that ElitePartner's customers receive quick and focused replies to their enquiries.

BE EXCELLENT has also written a complex functional Customer Process Model to display incoming contact requests via contact form or e-mail from users who are already registered. This also ensures a seamless working of the incident and contact management.

BE EXCELLENT was responsible for project consulting and management, implementation as well as training throughout the project.
