The Jewellery Channel online shop.

The Jewellery Channel (TJC), an auction-based home shopping channel and online retailer of luxury jewellery and diamonds, launched its new online shop on October 20th, 2015. As one of the largest jewellery retailers in the UK, TJC now relies on the SaaS solution Demandware.

As Solution Integrator, BE EXCELLENT was responsible for project consulting, all implementation activities and QA testing. 

A particular challenge for the team of BE EXCELLENT was to synchronize the two shopping worlds - TV and online shop - as TJC offers jewellery lovers the opportunity to participate on the TV Auctions online as well. The customer cannot just watch these auctions at the Online Shop, but also have the possibility to bid on the luxury products. 

The customer can choose online from a selection of more than 40,000 items. For TJC the expansion to their TV offering by adding the online channel means increased brand awareness. To ensure the best customer experience the new shop is responsive, and therefore adapts flexibly to the devices - desktop, smartphone and tablet – of the user.
